Monday - Friday: Classes at 6am, 9am (Open gym 10am - 12pm) & 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday: Open gym from 6am-8am, Class at 8am
Sunday: Closed
If a member attends classes Monday-Friday, they can expect to experience all variations of CrossFit in a single week. Heavy, high-intensity, technique, long-sustained, and gymnastic movements will be appropriately incorporated into the weekly programming.
