Saturday 8am - 9am is a free class for beginners to come and learn the fundamentals of CrossFit
If a member attends classes Monday-Friday, they can expect to experience all variations of CrossFit in a single week. Heavy, high-intensity, technique, long-sustained, and gymnastic movements will be appropriately incorporated into the weekly programming.
